Gatsby purchases development properties in LA area and creates multi-family properties. Most deals are less than 2 years from start to finish. We are invested in 2 different properties. Both provide quarterly updates and pictures. One of the properties already has an offer and should be closing in next month or so and the other is nearing the end of construction. No cashflow but for an equity play it has been a fun investment and they have a great track record.
