Burns Capital Partners has been amazing to not only invest with, but learn from, especially when one may not be familiar with how such investment options work, what their benefits are, what has been vetted, etc. The team at Burns Capital Partners is extremely responsive and communicative, whether it is via email, Discord, phone calls, texts, etc. Burns Capital Partners has even been willing to connect potential investors with existing partners where one can ask questions and even get one's candid opinion from. Again everything thus far has been extremely positive.

I invested in the Spectra Income Fund in March 2024. TJ shared all the due diligence he has done on the investment with me when asked (e.g. GP team's background check and financial statements). I have been receiving my distribution for three quarters (Q2, Q3, and Q4 2024), on-track to meet the proforma returns of 10% annually. Pros: - helps me solve an issue regarding excess Roth IRA contribution (other fund managers were reluctant to help with the paperwork) - quick response via text/email - shares investor reports to all investors regardless of their investment - creates a discord for investors to network and ask questions - holds office hours Cons: - since TJ creates a fund of fund to invest in Spectra, I don't get access to the Spectra's fund financials but it's something I can ask TJ.
